A mother’s prayers are answered
Mother and daughter share a prayer together.
Melissa walked onto the field to commit her life to Christ with her mother Ester.
Melissa had been to the Southern California Harvest in previous years and wanted to go down onto the field to make a commitment, but didn’t. She also made a decision for Christ at camp when she was young, but she didn’t follow through with it.
Melissa, her two sisters, and her mother had been going through a hard time recently. Ester had also been praying for her children and was overjoyed at her daughter’s decision. It meant a lot to both of them to experience this night together.
Melissa said she is very serious about following through this time and plans on attending Harvest Christian Fellowship and getting plugged into The Well College and Career ministry.
I’m Praising God with you!!!! As a believer I took my nieces and nephew to the Harvest. I have been sharing with them for a long time. They were fidgety during the message. Told them it was important and to listen and not distract others. At the end my 9 year old niece looked at me with tears in her eyes and said she wanted to go forward. I was sooo excited!! As I was about to take her down my 5 year old nephew said he wanted Jesus to live in him too. And next to my surprise….my 16 year old niece was emotional too and said she hadn’t been living for God and went forward to rededicate her life to the Lord. What an Awesome God we serve!!!
